General Guidelines – Specific Guidelines Vary By Property
VALET TRASH SERVICE GUIDELINES
STEP 1:
Place your can outside during your property’s designated service window.
Trash placed outside after service has begun may not be collected, as service may already be completed on that floor or building.
STEP 2:
A uniformed trash valet will collect the trash from the trash can.
STEP 3:
Bring trash can inside BY 9AM the next morning.
REMINDERS
- The trash can belongs to your apartment unit. It is the responsibility of the resident to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of this receptacle.
- Trash not placed inside of the trash can, leaking bags or bags exceeding 35lbs may be left behind and reported to front office.
- Trash placed directly on the ground may cause leaks and stains. Fines may be incurred.
- Please bag all trash and tie trash bags. Double-bag cat litter.
- Boxes must be flattened (5 max. per night).
- Trash cans must stay inside until next day of service.
- 2 bags maximum per night. Not to exceed 35lbs per bag.
- Furniture and oversized items will not be collected.
- Please leave trash can inside the unit upon move-out to avoid fees.
