G & H Trash Valet Inc. was founded in 2013 by two local Houston-area first responders familiar with the concept of and need for apartment amenity services. Today we offer a fully customizable trash valet services across Texas, including flexible schedules and services to fit the community needs. Owned and operated by firefighters and police officers, we guarantee to respond to your local multi-family community with the same sense of urgency and attention to detail as we do behind the badge. This experience allows us to provide an additional aspect of safety and protection for your community.

Our Management Team
President / Partner
Chase is currently an Officer with the Houston Police Department, assigned to the Aviation unit as a Pilot. His experience as an Eagle Scout prepared him for a life of service, including previous roles as a Firefighter, EMT, and US Army Soldier. This diverse collection of experiences motivates Chase to lead G & H Trash Valet to provide the best quality of service without compromising values.
Vice President / Partner
Darren is currently an Engineer Operator with the Houston Fire Department. He received his Associates Degree from Tomball College in Occupational Therapy and holds a Paramedic license. When not working, Darren enjoys spending time with his family and exercising.
Director of Sales
Andy has been in the Multi Family industry for almost 20 yrs. He has spent most of his time on the Management side, helping to oversee new construction lease ups as well as traditional garden styles builds. For the past 5 years Andy has been a vendor for valet trash. He has several years of experience with roles such as Operations Manager, Recruiter and Director of Sales.
Director of Marketing
Crystal works full-time at Bauer Graduate Programs in the Admissions department at the University of Houston... GO COOGS! She has over 15 years of diverse experience, spanning many arenas, including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Admissions and Management. Her daughters are her biggest motivation. When not busy working, she enjoys the spending time with her family, attending live sporting events, painting and cooking.
Field Operations Manager
Donald is a licensed independent insurance agent in Conroe, Tx. In his free time, Donald loves spending time with his family and traveling the globe. He has various hobbies but a nice Saturday morning you can find him either on the tennis courts with friends or at the comic shop for a “gaming” tournament.
Recognized as Harvey's Heroes by the Houston Apartment Association at the 2018 Honors Award Ceremony for their relief efforts during and after Hurricane Harvey in August of 2017.
